Netflix construction: Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth spans Oceanport and Eatontown and remains an active construction project. It should not be treated as a public studio-tour attraction.

Transportation & Shore Connections

DrivingRoute 36 is nearby, with Garden State Parkway access through surrounding communities. Major Monmouth Park events can increase local traffic.

RailMonmouth Park has an NJ Transit station associated with the racetrack; for broader regular service, compare nearby Long Branch and Little Silver stations.
