Randolph Community-Wide Garage Sale
Randolph Township runs an annual Clean Up and Clean Out Community-Wide Garage Sale, publishing participating addresses so residents and bargain hunters can plan a route around town.
The township's sixth annual community-wide sale was held April 18–19, 2026.
Township Council minutes reported 105 participating addresses for the 2026 sale.
The 2026 community-wide event ran from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both days.
How the township event worksResidents register their address for inclusion on the official participation list and map. The township publishes the list online and promotes the event through municipal channels.
General private-sale rules: NJTGO did not find current township guidance stating that every private Randolph garage or yard sale requires a municipal permit. Residents should still comply with applicable property, signage, parking and nuisance rules and check current township guidance before a sale.

Submitting a Randolph classified
